The 31st Annual Family Practice Review & Reunion will once again be held at The Ponitz Center at Sinclair Community College February 20-22. Special room rates are available at area hotels.

Recordings of each lecture will be uploaded into a private portal for you to watch at your own pace. You can conveniently claim your CME upon completion.Â

About The Family Practice Review & Reunion
Kettering Health Dayton (Grandview Medical Center) is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association to provide osteopathic continuing medical education for physicians. Kettering Health Dayton (Grandview Medical Center) designates this program for a maximum of 23 AOA Category 1-A credits and will report CME and specialty credits commensurate with the extent of the physician’s participation in this activity. "In Person" participants must sign and return the attestation form or complete the online CME Verification form for presentations you participated either in person or virtually. Credit will be given only to physicians who complete the attestation form indicating the total number of hours attended. No credits will be given to those physicians who fail to complete their CME Verification Form. Credit will be submitted directly to the AOA by the Family Practice Review and Reunion.
