Refunds for cancellation will be granted in full only if notification is received two weeks before the event (January 31, 2021). After this date, refunds are no longer available. If the Family Practice Review and Reunion Committee cancel a course for any reasons, all registration fees shall be returned in full.
The 2021 Grandview Medical Center/Family Practice Review and Reunion events is designed to comply with Uniform Guidelines for Accrediting Agencies of Continuing Medical Education.
